That was nice of you to let thast fellow take a drive in your machine.
The pictures that he left you with are just about the only ones that I have seen of Vickers equipped Carriers in action. A few years ago I wrote to RF Fendick ( 'A CANLOAN Officer') when I read in his book that he used the big British gun in his Carrier work in NE Europe. He lamented that no drawings were availible to make a reproduction for display. Apart from the bits that you have collected, I have not seen a live one either.
