Mac's Auto in the US have the "Ford" script logo listed as either part no 91A-16606 or 01A-16606C. You will have to measure the pin holes to ensure you get the right badge. Mac's also have a badge similar to the later cab 13 CMP grille badge listed as 50-16606.
