Hi,
I am seeking wartime images of Daimler Scout Cars with air recognition stars. I have seen one image with an encircled star on an engine cover (with it pointing to the rear, of course). I know there was reluctance within the troops to apply U.S. stars to British vehicles, as it didn't stop US planes from shooting, and they do make rather nice aiming points. But to be historically correct...
