As I learn more about CMP's I've realized mine has been cobbled together from at least two other CMP's. The stamping on the 3rd member and the original chassis length are 15cwt. The 36" frame member welded in appears to be taken from another 15cwt. The front axle is definitely not 15cwt and probably is from a 2 wheel drive 60cwt. I've taken a quick look for stampings in the frame rail for a number, to no avail. Can anyone provide me with as exact as possible a location for where the frame stampings should, like I mean within a few inches? There are several layers of paint to sand off and I could spend an entire weekend looking for them. Again, thanks everybody for the responses.
