Possible sources for Dzus fasteners
Try at your local airport, they are fairly widely used on opening panels for airplanes, including fairly modern types.
I haven't done a search yet, but wouldn't be surprised if there were an online seller who is aiming at the homebuilt aircraft market as well as the repair market for factory produced aircraft.
