Could you please confirm that the BUILD DATES are:
"5 4-43" style?
It seems that the the date-month-year and month-date-uear systems were both used on CMPs, depending on assembly country, say, and also we have the month either stamped out complete or as a digit.
This is my latest list therefore, which suggests that there were indeed April `1943 'MFGD.' plates.
