12 Cab C15A - water truck (rare, very rare) on 20" wheels

I don't believe this truck is as great as it appears in the photo but it is nice to see any CMP on public display.
I think got dragged out, given a quick camo paint job, 20" wheels and made into the display in support of the US and the war on terrorism after Sept 11, 2001.
