The .455 Webley will accept .45 Colt ammo (not Auto) without need for half moon clips.
Boy, if I was siting on a pile of .45ACP and bought a Webley to use it up, I'd DEMAND my $14.95 back!
There are also numerous stories of .455s being readily available here in the 60s for 5 pounds as the ammo was so hard to come by.
