As for the conduit; it is still available from electrical wholesalers as it is used in commercial installations ( factories and other hostile environments ) they just put the usual TSP cabling inside which is well insulated. The unions and juctions and tee's are also still available - Clipsal brand are still even the right size and shape. ( or they were march '05 )

Your fan should be a six bladed truck fan, and assuming that you have the correct engine for your carrier ( i.e. the twin fan belt version '38 - '41 ) It mounts to the front of your generator with four bolts. ( as in the picture from Lynn )
