The RCMP, in conjunction with CSIS and various police departments, captured 17 of the bastards and have them under heavy guard right now. Looks like it was another Madrid or London, or even Oklahoma under way, although the amount of ammonium nitrate was 3 times the amount used in Oklahoma. Scary sruff... obviously someone did their job right, and got the right intel at the right time.
