The truck was then picked up by a young bloke of 16 who managed to do a basic cosmetic restoraion. I bought it in 2004 with the notion of a full restoration. The chassis was butchered and poorly welded and with the help of Wayne Kotz from Blitz & Bits in Jimboomba we bought a wreck and went about putting a new chassis under the original components.
