Jefe, I'd love to and was actually planning to make the trip if the job in Ardmore, Oklahoma lasted a little longer, however, I let them fire me as I wasn't willing to risk my life working in that very dangerous refinery. Subsequently, I drove to Omaha, Nebraska and signed the books there. They have a very large coal fired power plant under construction across the Missouri river in Iowa that will be requiring a substantial number of electricians very soon, hopefully within a week or two. Failing that, the Superdome in New Orleans is currently a walk through, although I'm holding out for Omaha as the scale is substantially higher there. So, God willing, I should be back at work at either of the two sites before CC#5 happens.
As an aside, while in Omaha I had a chance to tour the absolutely fabulous Strategic Air Command museum. Where else can one see under one roof a B1, B17, B25, B29, B36 (yes, a B36!), RB45, B47, B52, B57, B58, and a FB111! And those were just the B's! The collection also included a KC97, EC135, U2, SR71, C47, C54, C119, and a Avro Vulcan, to name a few. And the rarest of all, an XF85 Goblin, one of only two parasite fighters in the world! Not planning to have time to tour the SAC museum, I unfortunately didn't take my camera. If I make a subsequent trip to the museum, I'll definitely get some shots for MLU.
Hope all y'all enjoy CC#5 and maybe I'll make it for CC#6!

CHIMO!
