When lugs broke on our air force badges,we'd remove the other lug,go to a local fabric /linen store,ask your wife,go to the attachments section,or ask a clerk,and they'll point you in the right section(take the badge to show them).Look for new lugs,or solder the old ones on the back.They also have a plastic attachment,the inner side is sticky,you might want to add a permanmt sticking glue to the inside.The clasp has a safety pin type needle attachment to pin the badge to fabric.Anyway,worked for us guys in the pipe band.I learned this by word of mouth from other members as I'm no expert.Good luck in your search.
