Me thinkum, City Hall is way out of the loop in regard to this one.
These men are the finest in world soldiers, and proper respect should be shown by the officials, who would not in the main understand, what tradition is all about.
I would think that after facing the might of the German army, a piss ant official just would not be able to match witts with these guys.
Maybe if city hall understood about two things, they might just quitely walk away from this issue. Firstly tradition is important to all of us, and secondly if they understood about
DUTY HONOUR COUNTRY
Then this matter would have never come up.
A missle attack, highly unlikely, just another excuse for the almighty to think they are just that. They will all be gone and forgotten, when the guys are still strutting their stuff.
