Darrell: I can just imagine the chaos during a "mixed" Mess Dinner...All Arms trying to outdo theirselves with regard to "proper" Mess etiquette, according to their Regimental protocols. (Who passes what decanter to whom on the left or the right, and on or off the table...(civilians just wouldn't understand!) And who the Hell knows what some other unit's Regimental is...(stand up, sit down...do what the head table does).
