Upon re-reading my post, I see where I caused confusion. I meant to say Boyes bipod, not Bren Bipod. My apologies to anyone I confused.

Below is a photo of my Bipod still mounted on the rifle. I think there is another version of this bipod with pointy feet (like the british bren bipods) which better fits into the carrier brackets shown in Jeff's first photos.
