Bill, see
paint schemes for CMP trucks for some general info. A recipe for "#2 Brown", or Standard Camouflage Colour No.2, is given in
"Non BS Colours in use 1940-42" . Alternatively, Dirk Leegwater has had paint mixed up from new old stock boxed parts, incl. SCC 2 (shown left in pic below).
