As Geoff mentioned, we know people who I worried could have been effected, but I don't think they were. MLU is also so personal now ... we've all developed personal friendships through here and for those of us living around this area, I thought people might want to hear about this news story. I remember the scares and upsets about SARS a while back when some MLU-ers were effected by the scares.

Besides, if this strange respiratory problem spreads, it sounds like it can kill people ... best to avoid these places
