Bed QL's were issued to Canadian forces, bodies types as follows:
Mobile Operations Room for HAA regiments used in the WT mode to pass on fire orders to the gun sites
Troop Carrying Vehicle by RCASC armourd Divs Transport Co for transport of Inf in support of Ard Divs also fo rthe collection and transportation of sick and wounded
