. The below image is of Lanchester Armoured Cars of the 2nd Argylls in Malaya, 1941-42:

The 2nd Argylls had a platoon of four of these vehicles (and three Marmon-Herringtons) in Malaya in 1941/42, the other three Lanchesters were named:
Glamis Castle, Stirling Castle and
Edinburgh Castle
There are no real markings except for the W.D. number front and rear and vehicle name.
Regarding the use of these cars by the 11th Hussars in 1939, about the only markings they would have had were the W.D. plates. The 11th Hussars in 1939 were brigaded with the 7th and 8th Hussars in the Light Armd Bde of the Mobile Division Egypt.
