Searched through my pictures but it seems I have never been facinated much by door hinges... I have enlarged what I could find and will take some pictures of my disassembled doors hinges for you if you wish.....

Any ways.... from everything I have seen on mine or restored vehicles no door seals ever existed..... if others have info please pipe in...... God only knows where you will ever find door hinges for a cab 11/12 except maybe Dirk in Holland.

Spring wise....... I have been considering and pondering the same issue. My plan are to degrease and acid etch as per POR process and spray on a light coat of POR Gray....... let it dry 24 hours..... top coat with the new spray can paint binder.... which I believe can be sprayed on over the POR Gray much easier than the thick polyurethane baby blue binder covering previuosly used ans still carried. The advantage of the poly baby blue binder coat is that it is thick... self leveling and multicoats can be applied over previously POR coated metal particularly the frame when it is sligthly pocked marked with rust pimples. The poly will fill in monor imperfection. The new stuff they are now promoting is specifically intended as a binder coat and will not fill depressions nor is it sandable.

Any ways.... thin coat of POR... your choice of color... thin coat of binder spray..... multi coat of OD....... things to watch here is to prevent the POR, binder coat and paint to seep in to much between the leaves... particularly the POR which is like a crazy glue.....

Let us know how you make out.... if you mess up I will change my plans...hahaha

As a point of interest, I have done my wheels and frame with POR and I am very pleased.... troublesome to use but very resistant to abrasion..... highly toxic in spray form safe otherwise. Tires have been mounted on POR wheels top coated with Gillespie OD and they came back perfect from the rather rude/crude/dude at the rural tractor tire shop I am using.
