These pics of a US Army unit include a scene with a 1941 Ford Australian assembled ute .
The APO number refers to the US Army postal service code for a particular location. I found a list of APO numbers online , 323 was Goodenough Island , New Guinea. Can't find 322 yet but I reckon the location was Goodenough Island. I found the document with the APO numbers here

Seems that most if not all of these unique 1941 Ford car based military utes were issued to the RAAF and the U.S. forces in the S.W.P.A.
