Default M152 Update 2025

M152 update 2025: after many years away from my old M152, currently owned by the Ashton Armoury Museum, I returned to Victoria BC and rejoined the Friends of the museum and have ended up working with the lead volunteers on my old truck. The museum has done a fabulous job on the basic truck with wiring, body work, some mechanical and new paint! AND AND AND!!!! Last Tuesday parts long collected and set aside began to go in! WOOT !! I am so very stoked to be a continuing part of this story.

Re-reading the old M152 posts I would like to reiterate that although my old web site is defunct I still have all the pictures should anyone need them. I currently have no way to display them all so knowing what's there isn't easy.

As bits get installed I am amazed at the little details that have become lost to time. Did the Chorehorse sit to a rubber pad or rubber feet (on the fender mount); did the pioneer rack go in the under body storage space?.... or was that removed to more easily stow the telescoping masts? These are two of today's examples of what we can't remember and can't find in manuals. I'm sure there'll be more down the road!

Is Brian Asbury still in business? So many details to refresh.

Cheers all. It's good to be back.
