Can you post a few pics ?
Were the Australian assembled CMPs fitted with a locally sourced wiper motor ?
I used NOS WW2 surplus Trico motors that I bought for $5 each , this was over 40 years ago. They also had the arms and blades all in olive drab . The place ( Auto Surplus in Mitcham ) had hundreds of NOS U.S. pattern WW2 tailights $5 each unopened. The early CMP rubber lights were $2 they had boxes full of them. Plus literally Tons of Studebaker US6 stuff - including new seat covers , wiring looms and headlights . All this stuff disappeared when the business changed ownership in the mid 1980s. I have good reasons to believe that a lot of the stuff was dumped.
