The number on the tag has been obscured but it seems to be.. CT17__3, or CT19__3. The unit is a Stewart Warner, 675-E, and also J-8. Tag say LV7 FORD, Ford Canada. Adaptor, speedometer.
It appears that you are correct Grant, its for a two speed axle. Using your information I found a similar unit on EBay. Thanks for your help.
