The Data Book refers to Parts list WM-3814 which has an extensive list with Model Codes (see 2nd pic). But which vehicle model is depicted in the Data Book?

Which models was the Canadian Army supplied with? Did they get them all the models shown in the parts list?

From what I am seeing in the manual, it appears to me that Canada was using eight different 4x2 Light Sedan Models.
