If there is a rifle rack in a Canadian 1974 Pattern, it would not be for the C7. Canada didn't issue them until starting in 1982. The Iltis was in service starting in 1984. If there ever was a rifle rack, it would be a rubber boot on the floor and a diamond spring clip on the extreme right of the passenger's dash. The roll cage frame fills exactly that same real estate, so unless your M151A2 is decked out for the short remainder of 1974, all of 1975, and a short part of 1976, you don't need to worry.
