I was able to access Ramtank and found this listing. Its not the exact list that I remembered finding, sometime back in the past, but it does fit my needs. I saw it cited in a footnote of a research paper about 15 yrs ago just the same way a book or report might be identified. Evidently scholars like and need it for their more "serious" work, and not just hobbyists poking around for "casual" information.
