Given its rarity and Canadiana, why wouldn't the CWM be interested?
I suggest that is because it is a rarity, did not 'go to war', and did not go into production. While appropriate for a Canadian technical collection somewhere else, it is not sufficiently representative of the Canadian experience of war and war-like operations (which is what CWM is all about), so the allocation of space and resources to such a vehicle by CWM would not be justified when compared to, say, a Leopard 2A5 with a service history in Afghanistan.
