The UN troops in Elisabethville were under hard press and were running out of munition.

8th and 35th Ethiopian Bns were ordered to Elisabethville aswell as Indian and Malayan armoured cars.The UN forces should be reorganized on two Brigades.

On 6th December 17H00 the first Swedish two J 29 fighter-bombers arrived and on 7th December they destroyed the Kongolese radio-station in Kilobelobe (lower right part of map).
