Keith's right if you have a look you can the big 'pot' diff case for the overhead worm drive.
I think you'll find the crane is a petrol electric 3 ton Coles mounted on a Leyland Retriever 6x4.
The FAT would appear to be a Guy Ant looking at the hub ends, they are very distinctive on Guy's.
Nice pictures though are there any more in the set?
