Default Fuel Tank C60L Information

Hi All

Here are photos of outside and inside of one of the gas tanks off my 1941 Pattern 12 C60L. I'm posting these in response to a question by Jacques Reed in his tread concerning removing a dent from his tank.

Posting this as a separate thread so the MLU search engine can find it by topic head easier.

My tank had been open to the elements for many years before I got the truck and had visible nesting material in the tank no smell of fuel and rust holes. Hence my decision to open the tank up to see how it was built. The cutting was done with a plasma torch the only smoke or fire was from the nesting material catching fire and smoldering. The measurements are those I felt necessary to reproduce the tank. If you don't see a measurement that you need just ask.
