I am considering the acquisition of a 1942? ex military spec Chevrolet Canada (Maple Leaf) 4409 truck project. This project is a dismantled, unfinished, incomplete project and does not include ANY body with the sale. Although more than a little daunted by the work required to restore this truck, I am most hesitant to commit to the project at all if I can't find an appropriate body to restore and place on the chassis. (
Not interested in doing a resto to make it look like a restored general tray truck) I am in Victoria, Australia and would like to know if anyone has such a body type spare and would be willing to sell it to me?
