I have checked with a few metal fabricators/suppliers..... the dot cross hatched pattern was discontinued in the 40s...... cna't find it anymore....unless you find some old plates in a constructed set up in an industrial complex somewhere.

My box plate is the modern cross hatched... only the cab floor has the dot pattern.
