Had a few bits blasted including the engine cover and front bumper
The front bumper is from the original kd kit supplied to Australia from Canada and marked Algoma.
The engine cover is in good condition and I kept all the asbestos heat shields pieces as a pattern to replace with something a little less deadly.
Has anyone been able to find those horrible split pins that hold the shields in place? They are a flat head, steel and use a copper washer.
Tried several place and online with no success.
