From what I've seen, all the Chore Horses are basically the same. They all use the 5/8th HP Johnson Iron Horse engine with the same looking generator on them but they produce different voltages. Here's some info I came across:
Model 6D15 Chore Horse 6 Volt 150 Watt DC
Model 12D30 Chore Horse 12 Volt 300 Watt DC
Model CH-1 Chore Horse 12 Volt 300 Watt DC
Model 13D62 Chore Horse 6 Volt 200 Watt DC 110 Volt 300 Watt AC
Model CH-27-2 Chore Horse 6 Volt 200 Watt DC 110 Volt 350 Watt AC
Model CH-27 Chore Horse 6 Volt 200 Watt DC 110 Volt 450 Watt AC
Model 13D323 Chore Horse 32 Volt 300 Watt DC 110 Volt 300 Watt AC
Model CH-52 Chore Horse 32 Volt 350 Watt DC 110 Volt 450 Watt AC
Model E.G.800 Chore Horse 32 Volt 800 Watt DC
Model CH1-395-4 Chore Horse 12 Volt 300 Watt DC (Canadian)
Model CH1-395-5 Chore Horse 12 Volt 300 Watt DC (British)
Model CH1-397-2 Chore Horse 12 Volt 300 Watt DC
Model PU-5008/U Canadian Army 30 Volt 300 Watt DC
Vic, those dual units are likely the same units with a bracket to mount them one above the other. It looks like that bottom model would be the one we need. The 32 and 110 volt one I got would work to charge 30 volts of batteries and I could just unhook the 110 v wires. I've got a line on a couple more so I'll see which models they are. I was given the one I got so I guess I could make do!
