Joe, lovely to read a bit of history on both 3 Tonners and great that one will soon get it's GS body back!
I am sure someone can help you with the info you need on the missing parts of the GS body.

Indeed....a C8 cab. I should have noticed the hole for the speaking tube in the cab rear wall! Your serial number is only 53 away from my C8!
Do you have the engine number as well? There is a list of C8 chassis numbers (and engine numbers when known) on the forum somewhere, started by the late David Hayward.
