15 cwt or 25 pdr rim.
The museum here in Shilo has been contacted by a company from Dieppe NB looking for a replacement 25 pdr rim. Apparently they are doing some work on a 25 pdr monument the city has.
We do have some spare 15cwt rims, which will work and are much safer, however the distance and weight makes it un-economical to ship. Is there anyone in the Moncton area who would know of a spare 25 pdr or 15cwt rim that could be made available to this company? If so, if you contact me by PM I can forward you the email of the fellow doing the restoration.
