Yes, it's mine, and just like the W/T 9, 9 Mk.I and 52 it seemed like a good idea until I had to move it. I fired up my supply unit on 110V and it put out decent voltages but that's as far as I got.
What do you know about using these with the 22 set? There is this adapter but I'm not clear how the aerial cables would work (the 22 set 'variometer' is internal and therefore on the wrong side of the amplifier, maybe the 19 set one was used?). When I had the amplified set out for photos I fit the 22 set underneath with the adapter attached just to try it out.

I brought mine over here but have since sold it. Chris Bisaillion of the Canadian 19 set group kept a record of owners but I don't know how many survive.
The capacitors in the psu were in good shape & didn't need reforming. Taken out of the case & bypassing the interlocks I measured a nice 2000 VDC.
