As Mythbusters guys would say, Well There's Your Problem!

I found difficulty when I tried to remove the pins with axle still on. If my brain had been working the day we met in Toowoomba, I could have brought you the two adjustable stands I made, which the chassis sits on.

They are height adjustable and have rubber across the top (not in the photo). I will be taking a set of wheels & tyres to Deans place in a few weeks time. Do you want me to bring them for you? I won't need em for a loooooong time, so they might as well be of some use in the meantime.
