Canadian-built right hand drive Dodge D60L ( long wheelbase ) light duty 3 ton truck, looks to be original, probably including the body floor and headboard.

The L7 is the batch number which suggests mid to late war. Not sure if it was originally a D60L or a D60L-D ( with dual rears )

Biggest point would be that only a very limited amount of US Dodge parts would fit this, since it has the 25" long engine.
