Default Have you considered sleeves?

Hi

The wheel cylinder you are looking for were used on Chevy CMPs as well, so if you have can find cylinders that can be sleeved it may be a far better choice than replacing the existing cylinders with NOS or new manufacture.

I went over to sleeving my old cylinders after having to replace new ones which had pitted after 5 years. That was 30 years ago and the cylinders have never had to be redone since, just did a rubber cup replacement on recently on my C60S which as the same Ford cylinders you are talking about, turns doing a brake rebuild from replacing wheel cylinders or having to hone out the pits to replacing the rubber parts. Not bad for 25 years.

I suspect that you are going to find sleeving is more cost effective than ordering cylinders out of the US or Canada.

Cheers Phil
