Default Easy and difficult.....

According to the quick ID of the M manual it has a Universal Joint Front flange at the rear of the tranny...... which would make it different form other models used in C15A fro example.

The easy part is that 90 % of the trannies out there will fi the GM CMPssss.

The difficult part is showing you what might be the different clue except for the rear U joint flange. Some early models have the speedo connection thread machined later models the boss is left untreaded......

Once you have seen one you can probably find one to match on a a full stack in a junk yard.
