I asked the same question about the threads. That would determine if it is from the engine/xmsn or from the hull. I am still waiting for an answer. I also asked about a head-shot. Many specialized carrier bolts would have the CTL number on the head.
Since it is painted on the head, but not on the shank, one had to assume it was bolted in place somewhere on the vehicle when painted and has since come loose.
