David, I'm unsure as to your intended meaning of "Canadian Karrier truck", this may well show the truck in Canadian service but its not of Canadian manufacture. I'm pretty sure the vehicle is a British Karrier WDS 3 ton truck. Its covered in the "first" (to 1940) Vanderveen on page 203.
