Default Conn. Twin no. 194

I have one of these in my odds and sods pile and have no idea what it's intended use was, as it came with a bunch of unrelated wireless bits. It looks like a khaki cloth cable about 52 inches long, similar to that used on a morse key assembly or any number of WW2 headphones and mics. The brown cloth/resin tag at one end of it has the title ID in black lettering along with the following Pye Number:

PC-76551C-194

One end has been solder spliced up the other looks original had has two small crimped brass ring connectors fastened to it.

Curiosity has simply finally got the better of me.
