Hi Ryan,
Some of the early Morris Commercial 15cwt trucks had runflats and owners of CMP and other British 15cwt's have used Ferret tyres in order to keep the correct tyre tread, they are a hard ride though.

Ask a Ferret owner where he can get new runflat tyres, bet he would struggle to answer!
