Default Cartridges

The ballistic performance of the Beaumont cartridge was typical of its era and appears to be quite close to the American 45-70 Govt.
The British service rifle of the time was the Martini Henry 577/450 which was somewhat more powerful and was known to many as, 'The Recruit's Terror'. This was the rifle used in the Zulu wars.
