That very same truck was offered for sale on MLU - see
Restored C-60L Cab13 For Sale.
The contract number PE-197 has come up in discussions before, somehow these were ordered by the Australians but never delivered. It seems they were indeed factory fitted with 16" wheels. These were normally used for Ambulance, Dentist trucks etc.
