How about a picture of the box cover.

The cylindrical can on the side of the nose is an expansion tank for the radiator.

Technically they never completely changed from civvy instruments to military ones. Some late 1944 Australian C60 contracts had a mix of civvy rectangular and round military.... they may have been liquidating surplus parts. Makes you wonder which museum full size model they used as basic information.

The vinyl wheel do suck but the 10:50x16 size on C60 is not unheard of ...... in fact some C60 had the C15 small axles and 16 inch rim/tyres.
